Terms of Service
This website is operated by Felt Alive Wool Sculptures. “Felt Alive,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Felt Alive Wool Sculptures.
By visiting the site or buying something, you agree to these Terms, plus our Privacy Policy and Payment & Shipping pages. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. Using the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
The shop
You represent that you are the age of majority where you live, or that you are that age and are allowing a minor dependent to use the site with you.
Do not use the shop for anything illegal. Do not send malware. We may refuse service to anyone, and we may limit or cancel orders that look like dealer or reseller bulk buys.
Prices can change. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; monitor colors still vary. Descriptions and stock can change without notice.
You agree to give current, complete checkout information so we can complete the sale and reach you about the order.
Needles
Felt Alive Felting Needles are sharp studio tools. Used needles are not returnable. Unopened packs and shipping damage are covered on the Payment & Shipping page — that page is the return policy these Terms refer to.
Payments
Cards go through Stripe. PayPal is also accepted. Card numbers are encrypted in transit and are not stored by Felt Alive.
Workshops and other people’s sites
Free video workshops are hosted on YouTube. Links and embeds to other sites are not under our control. Their terms apply when you use them.
Ideas you send us
If you email photos, ideas, or other materials, you grant Felt Alive a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use them in connection with the shop and teaching — the same license as on the long-standing Felt Alive terms. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share. Do not send content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing.
You must be at least 13. If you are 13–17, a parent or guardian must agree. Photos of minors need a parent or guardian’s permission.
Accuracy
We try to keep prices, shipping, and descriptions right. If something is wrong, we may correct it and may cancel an order, even after you submit it, and we will contact you using the email you gave.
Liability
The site and products are provided as is, except where the returns policy says otherwise. To the fullest extent the law allows, Felt Alive is not liable for lost profits or other indirect or consequential damages from using the site or the needles. Some places do not allow those limits; there, our liability is limited to what the law allows.
You agree to indemnify Felt Alive against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the shop.
Everything else
If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Payment & Shipping pages, are the whole agreement. Not enforcing a point once is not a waiver.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at 1347 Golf Club Dr., Cave Junction, OR 97523, United States.
